It’s never easy to ask for help, but I’ve reached a point where I have to put my pride aside and open up about what I’m going through.
For the past two years, I’ve been fighting a difficult battle with ovarian and uterine cancer—and I'm now approaching my third year of treatment. Recently, I lost my health insurance, and I’ve been covering medical expenses entirely out of pocket. Unfortunately, this has completely drained my savings and maxed out my credit cards ( and the boyfriend’s )
I’ve always tried to be self-reliant, but the financial strain has become overwhelming. Each week, I find myself struggling just to make it to payday—wondering if I’ll have enough gas to get to work or how I’ll manage the next bill. I'm reaching out with the hope that, if you're able, you might consider offering a helping hand during this incredibly difficult time. Every little bit truly helps more than words can say.
