My amazing friend, Kate is one of the most selfless, caring people you could ever meet.

She’s a devoted carer to two beautiful children — one of whom lives with disabilities — and a single mum to her own gorgeous boy.

Her days are filled with appointments, therapies, kinder runs, and endless love, yet she never complains and never asks for help. (As much as I tell her to!)

Last night, her world was turned upside down. Her car was stolen.

When the car was found today, the devastation was heartbreaking:

• All three of the kids car seats were gone

• A child’s wheelchair and walking frame were taken

• The double pram was missing

• All the seatbelts had been cut and the glass smashed

These weren’t just “things” — they were essential items that this little family relies on every single day. Without them, getting to kinder, medical appointments, and therapy sessions is nearly impossible.

Kate is the kind of person who gives and gives without ever expecting anything in return. She would never ask for help herself, but right now, she desperately needs her community around her.

We’re raising funds to help replace the stolen and damaged items so that she and the kids can get back on the road safely and regain some normality.
