Scully wants to believe

As most of you know, we rescued Scully with an unknown yet troubled past. Never did I think we'd be here today, trying to remove  a tumor that could be potentially cancerous. Upon taking Scully to the vet for a routine checkup, the lump was visibly larger then last time. I had been putting it off and putting it off because the thought of losing this girl would shatter my world. She is scheduled for a full dental cleaning and extraction which is covered by the wellness plan we have, however they highly suggest we remove the lump and send it out for testing to see where it stands. I scheduled it for 2 months after the initial appointment because I am unsure I will have the funds to cover the lump removal as it is NOT covered with the dental, just the anesthesia is which is why I'm choosing to do them together. This girl is my absolute world, and I can see how this affects her day to day. I know she isnt in pain but it causes discomfort that is hurtful to watch. She is my best friend, my rock and my soulmate. This surgery means more to me then I could ever put into a paragraph and explain to you. When you have a connection to your animal, you'll do anything in your power to make sure their quality of life is always 100%.
