Scuba Diving Junior certification

I am Milos mom and writing this on behalf if my 11 year old son Milo. Milo has a big passion for the ocean and whe are in Mexico now, he completed his Discovery fun dive and he now wants to get his certification and his dream is to be an instructor and dive on deeper levels. He passed the pool session and he dived down to 12 meters and the second dive to 9 meters in the ocean. I have never seen my son so happy and brave and he grew so much. We are trying to get his junior certification to get his dream going. He has had a lot of traumas in his life and this is the most happiest I have ever seen him in his life. I unfortunately don't have the funds to get him the certification so I am trying here to see if someone can help him out to gain confidence and forget all the bullies and traumas that he has been through.
