Scrubs for Epsom and St Helier area
Donation protected
We are a group of volunteers making scrubs, wash bags and other protective equipment for healthcare professionals within the Epsom and St Helier healthcare trust area, during the Covid-19 pandemic. This equipment is important to help protect both practitioners and patients. The washbags are needed for staff to take home their used scrubs more safely as they can go straight into the washing machine.
We are all volunteering our time and expertise. Some of us have material, but we have nowhere near enough and need funds to buy more. We are using the Facebook group "Scrubs for Epsom and St Helier" to organise, distribute material and make sure we can get the equipment requested by staff to the right place.
Any surplus money raised that is not needed for fabric supplies during this crisis will be donated to an NHS charity.
