$50 or more gets you a 1-2 hour photoshoot with amy ring( should you so choose.)

My name is Amy! I am an actor and writer and working to make my first ever short film! Its a comedic short about resilience and unexpected friendships. It’s got some weird humour, a chain smoking raccoon puppet and a makeover montage! It is an ACTRA project and the crew is really passionate about this project. We are hoping to bring this project to the ACTRA Short Film Festival and any other festivals we can.

Hello, my name is Jade. Director of this project. It is nice to meet you.

I am a person who is very driven and passionate about the stories that build themselves everyday all around us. I've recently started producing and directing a numerous amounts of mixed media projects. After having graduated from John Abbott Theatre program, and then through work, spent the next 3 years surrounded by artists - each with an original take, I realized I did not have to just listen and daydream. I can create all of these ideas that come to me, inspired by folks in our crossing paths. I can literally make my dreams come true!

So cheesy, but so real. Speaking of cheese which is food, which is what raccoons love to eat out of our trash cans, let's talk about Scrappy.

A project I've come together with my very talented cast and crew to create. We're all very excited to bring to life this scrappy and scrubby little raccoon with a lot of wisdom to offer.

We havent shot yet, we are shooting in the last weekend of July. This means we have a little bit under a month to reach our goal of 2K.

We need to simply cover the costs of camera and sound equipment, as well as meals for our team during the shoot. And perhaps most interesting of all! Build our very own raccoon puppet! You will love him. (He’s crazy.)

Every contribution helps, from as little as $1 to $100. As a token of our appreciation, we're offering energy exchanges, such as a photoshoot with our writer, actor and producer, @theamyring, who is also a photographer! With a donation of a minimum of $50 you can contact her with proof of your donation and request a photoshoot, see her instagram for examples of her previous photography work. ( Photoshoot must be redeemed within before the month of October 2024) You will also receive a special thank you credit in the film’s credits.
