It is with heavy hearts that we share heartbreaking news. A beloved Scout and son has left this earth.

David "Thor" Silvey, member of BSA Troop 312 and a member of the Order of the Arrow took his life on October 5, 2018. He was a beautiful, gentle soul with a passionate love for his family and Scouting.

As the family prepares for his services and will be taking some time to mourn the loss of their beloved son, grandson, nephew, cousin,friend, and Scout we ask you to consider contributing to the family.

Funeral expenses will be paid directly to the funeral home and additional donations will help his mother, Melisa Harris Logue, cover expenses from loss of work as she mourns the loss of her son.
A Spirit of the Eagle Award will be arranged by his Scouting Family in Indian Waters Council, SC .
