Scott Pursell, a proud father, loving husband, energetic brother and son; was a friend to so many. His larger than life personality, his booming voice that would fill a room…or even a stadium, his unyielding loyalty, and his genuine love of everyone he met, are qualities that defined Scott throughout his life. Whether Scott was a colleague or friend you could believe in and trust, a golfing buddy you could have fun and joke with, or just a guy you would see in passing, we always knew we were in good company with Scotty P!
To those who knew Scott, you’ve no doubt been greeted with that genuine smile, been a witness to those sunglasses on his head, heard about the infamous fish fry, tried to understand the language that was all his own, or simply heard your name repeated many times from that endearing voice. As a family man, Scott was dedicated and committed to making his family one that would be admired. His kids adored him. His wife cherished him. Loving, Caring, and Passionate, are just a few of the virtues Scotty P exemplified on a daily basis, and were obvious in the way he lived his life.
On August 3, 2015, Scott passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, leaving behind his family he loved so much. His sudden passing was unfortunate and a shock to us all. More importantly, it was a devastating loss to his amazing wife Cathy, and his wonderful children Connor and Emmeline.
In honor of Scott and his family, a fund has been established for his family that he provided for and loved every single day. If you can, please help by donating to the Scott Pursell Family Trust.
