Scotty Lucas Heart surgery

Scotty is having open heart surgery on July 28th to replace a bad valve due to a heart murmur he's had since birth. Scotty is the sole provider for his family of 6. He will be out of work with no income for at lesst 2 months. Scotty and his family could really use your help during this stressful time.
