Scotty Caines: A Friend's Last Journey

My name is Mike Coulter and on behalf of all friends of Bill and the How Important Is It group, I am asking for help to give a proper send off for our dear brother and friend, Scotty Caines. He was a decorated World War Two veteran and a selfless man. For the last 55 years, he lived his life helping others like him. We are the only family he has and are trying to give him a proper send-off as he deserved.
