Help Scotty Allen Pay for Mounting Medical Bills

Hi, my name is Beth and I am setting up a fundraiser for our good friends and colleagues, Scotty Allen and his wife Laura Borneke Allen. My husband Keith Zicafoose and I have known and worked with them for over 20 years in the Waterville-Elysian-Morristown (WEM) school district. Scotty lost his job and medical benefits at the end of January 2024. As if that wasn't enough, he began to experience severe abdominal pain all of February and into March. The first emergency room (ER) visit was at the end of February with severe abdominal pain. Following that, he had multiple ER admissions: 2 Allina Hospital-Owatonna; 2 Abbott Northwestern Hospital-Minneapolis; 2 ambulance transports from Allina Hospital to Abbott Northwestern.

As you can imagine, the medical bills are mounting already and Scotty still may have to undergo major surgery. Whatever you can afford to donate will help Scotty and Laura pay for medical bills and expenses. Laura has not been able to work much of this time either.
