On July 20th, 10 year old Scott McKenzie was in a tragic welding accident and sustained burns to over 50% of his body. He is facing surgeries on both hands, both arms, abdomen, and both legs. Due to the extent of his injuries and extreme pain, he is being kept in a medically induced coma and is expected to be at Maricopa Burn Center for at least the next two months.
Scott's dad, Charlie, is self employed out of state and will be taking time off to spend time with his son and family. His mom Sandee McKenzie is a stay at home mom. With the long battle of surgeries and continued care, any financial support would be greatly appreciated. No amount is too small to help ease the McKenzie's financial burden. If you're unable to donate, we still appreciate you keeping Scott in your prayers with his long road to recovery in front of him.
Thanks to everyone who is part of #scottsquad! We are grateful to each of you.
