Scott’s injury recovery fund
Donation protected
Hi all!
My friend Scott had an accident riding at Stowe in December, and severed most or all of his Achilles’ tendon. Scott has a long recovery ahead, but we know he’ll be back on a snowboard soon, with a little help!
The goal of this gofundme is to help pay for Scott’s medical bills during recovery, as Scott does not currently have insurance. Any contribution you can afford to make is GREATLY appreciated. Scott would probably never ask for money, but let’s step up as a community and make sure he has what he needs in this difficult time.
Those of you who know Scott know he’s a super active, healthy guy so we’re hopeful he can get back to his favorite activities (snowboarding, whitewater rafting, and running around with his Huskies) ASAP!
If you can’t afford to contribute much financially, but you’re in the Mount Snow/North Adams area, practical help such as meals/ rides/ dog walking also greatly appreciated while scott is couchbound.
Scott is a veteran member of the Mount Snow and Copper mountain snowboarding communities, and I know anyone who’s met him knows his signature laugh, his yeti mug and his great style on the hill. Snowboarding without Scott would be way less fun.
Let’s get him back out there!
