HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
It’s that time of year for SVCC’s Annual Jim Ryan Memorial Teddy Bear Drive for the Children in need at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas!
This is my 13th year being involved in this amazing Teddy Bear Drive for such an incredible cause which helps these children in need. We will be collecting NEW small to medium Teddy Bears and Stuffed Animals for the next 8 weeks.
In 2016, myself and our Teddy Bear Team set a goal to reach out to as many people as possible in hopes of receiving 1,500 donated Teddy Bears and Stuffed Animals. Through our efforts and everyone's support, within an 8 week period of time, we were able to donate 1,716 Teddy Bears and Stuffed Animals to the precious kiddos at Scottish Rite!
In 2017 we donated several hundred teddy bears as well as a check to Scottish Rite Hospital in the amount of $2,463.65!
In 2018 we also donated several hundred teddy bears as well as a check to Scottish Rite Hospital in the amount of $3,600.00! How awesome is that? So this year, we are hoping to break all records thus far! We can do it!
