Please Help my Brother Scott Gower

My brother went into the hospital 4 weeks ago for a simple hernia surgery. This was suppose to be an outpatient surgery. He has had some major complications that have caused him to get ARDS pneumonia. He has been fighting every sense. We are not sure how much longer he will be in the ICU. Doctors are telling us it's a day by day thing. His wife has been by his side every day and every night. Although this all has been so awful for our family life still happens. If you can help with anything possible I will ensure that it all will go to my brothers ongoing bills and expenses. As of now they have no income at all while he is in the hospital. Thanks for any help you can give.
