I have been out of work for 6 weeks now due to back issues. I am signed up and waiting for back surgery and can not go back to work for awhile. 

i do not usually ask for help, but I see no other options at this time. Anything you could help me out with would be great. I will use the money collected here to help with medical bills as well as pay my bills that I am falling behind on.
