Scott's Cancer/Medical Fund

I am running this campaign for my dad, Scott Chalfant.  He was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer last year.  He is currently undergoing IL2 treatments.  Interleukin 2 treatments are a very agressive biological treatment, with very serious side effects. The first round alone was over $100,000.00 and he is currently in the middle of the second round of treatment. Although insurance covers some of this, we are in dire need of support and help to meet the financial needs these treatments/doctors visits and tests have created. Scott served in the U.S. Military for 22 years, ending his career as the First Sergeant.  His life has always relfected his passion for music and art. He has had a very successful music career including but not limited to; performing in orchestras, playing for royalty, leading the U.S. Army band, as well as various music groups through out the years. He is also very involved in wood working and art. He has won many awards for his original designs in intarsia, and had created a successful business in wood working. After being diagnosed with cancer all of this has come to a hault as he battles daily for his life. I could not be more proud of the father my dad has been for me, or the example he has set. This is a very stressful time for the family, as we all try to get through this day by day. If you can not give monetarily, we ask that you share this campaign and send prayers our way.
