Scott, we got your back! Let's do this friends!!

Friends, family, and fellow Buffalo Bills fans - I graciously ask you for your support in rallying around our favorite Chef!  Scott Pajak was recently diagnosed with Guillian-Barre syndrome, which is a rare disorder where your body's immune system attacks your nerves.  The result is partial or full paralysis, which takes many months of grueling therapy, and a series of infusion treatments to reverse.  Scott has been in the hospital for over a week now, and has a long road ahead of him. Needless to say, he will be out of the kitchen and unable to work for the foreseeable future.  His lovely wife Angela will need to take time away from work as well to help him back to health.  

For those of you who know Scott, I won't need to pitch this anymore.  It goes without saying that he is one of the most loyal, selfless, giving, and loving human beings we know.  For those of you who don't know Scott, he is the former Executive Chef of Lagasse Stadium in Las Vegas (now closed, damn you Covid!), former winner of Food Network's culinary competition Chopped!, current Executive Chef at the Rainbow Club just outside Las Vegas, member of Beta Theta Pi, father of three beautiful kids, loving husband to Angela, and one of the most rabid Buffalo Bills fans you'll find!  He is constantly donating his time to the Las Vegas community, whether it be charitable events, elementary school presentations, appearing on morning news channels, etc.   Scott has given back his entire life....

To everyone reading this, Scott's family has a mountain of medical bills to deal with over the next year of recovery.  I ask for your help to provide some stability for his young family.  I completely understand that not everyone can give monetarily, and if that's the case and you still want to help, please share this post with as many as you can.  Your contribution to Scott's recovery is greatly appreciated!
