Scott's Story:
Scott began his journey in November 2003, when he was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma. Over the course of the last 17 years, he's undergone multiple treatments of varying success. Scott recently had a PET scan that showed that the melanoma has spread aggressively and is now surrounding his heart, lungs and liver.
As a result, Scott has stopped receiving treatment and is currently receiving pain management hospice care at home on a weekly basis.
Scott is a proud, loving and dedicated father to his daughter, Angelina, who is now a high school Senior. He intends on taking a road trip to make some memories with her in the near future. Scott has made many friends and through them has left a lasting impact with his compassion, empathy, humor and kindness.
