Scott Stevens DJ equipment lost in flash-flood

For those of you who don’t know me - my name is Taylor . My dad is known as Scott Stevens, a local wedding DJ who has dedicated the past 30 years to providing his services to Northeastern Pennsylvania.

*On Saturday 9/9/23 while working an event at a local venue in Dallas, PA - there was a terrible storm that caused extreme flash flooding to the surrounding area. During this event, a creek near the venue rose quickly & within just minutes the entire venue was completely flooded. Thankfully, the guests, the staff and all vendors were safely evacuated.

Unfortunately for my Dad, due to how quickly things escalated, he had to leave behind all of his equipment. We have begun the process of recovering all of the equipment, but it seems the flood waters have caused most of the equipment to be unsalvageable.

For those of you who have the pleasure of knowing my dad, you know how unbelievably kind, loving & selfless he is. He is always willing to lend a hand & step in to help. Above all, he is extremely hardworking & passionate about what he does and unfortunately this loss greatly affects his business. My dad is never one to ask for help, but I know this is a time he really needs it This fundraiser will be used to help replace the equipment lost! Any and all amounts are appreciated
