In a family of 4 girls, Scott is the only boy-growing up with all sisters was a challenge. Now, Scott's sister's are rallying after he suffered a ruptured blood vessel in his brain. Big sister Laura-who is a nurse and Stephanie have been by Scott's side since the stroke happen. All four Spinner girls are still working-so Laura and Stephanie have taken time off to care for and be with Scott. Scott has been in the hospital for 14 days. He lost feeling/movement on one side. He's started to be able to eat and sit up and stand briefly.

We are thrilled with small steps of progress. Scott may even be released tomorrow. Scott is self employed as an electrician and he has no insurance. He will not be able to care for himself quite yet and shepherds doesn't not take uninsured and it costs $100,000 out of pocket-so unfortunately it is not an option. Scott will need a full-time care giver until he can take care of himself again. We're trying to get him obamacare and apply for medicade.

First, please pray for Scott!! Our family has been through quite the medical journeys the past year. If you can give, it would be amazing,needed and extremely appreciated. We want Scott to be on the road to recovery and get the therapies needed to have a full recovery.
