Scott Spencer Memorial Fund

Scott Spencer was a proud father, entrepreneur, and Charleston resident who's life ended too soon on 10/25/2020.  As the owner of Tops Off Barber Shop and Salon at 229 Hale Street in Charleston, Scott poured himself into his business and was the first to volunteer for local service projects. He loved his community and his family beyond measure.  His smile could fill a dreary room with light in seconds and anyone who knew him, knew they had an ally and a friend in him.  Scott was a founding member of BNI Capital City chapter and made it his mission everyday to help fellow business owners with referrals and connections to better them in any way that he could.   Even during the difficult shut downs his own business experienced due to the pandemic, he never let that deter him from helping others.  Be it by still giving to the homeless community or trying to drum up business for those who could still open their doors to clients, his dedication was boundless.

This account is being established by BNI Capital City chapter to rally the support of the Charleston business community Scott was such an active participant in and prove why this town is the best. And most importantly, to give back to the loved ones he has all too suddenly left behind, including his 2 beautiful daughters and his fiancé and partner of 14 years in their time of need and for the future.  Please help in any way that you can or share this post and show Scott and his  family the support that Scott so selflessly showed his community, family, and friends throughout his life.
