Scott Smith's Something Bigger for ROA
Donation protected
Last week, we learned of the untimely passing of our dear friend and colleague, Scott Smith. Scott was not just a member of our team; he was the embodiment of kindness, dedication, and a true family man. His absence has left a void in our hearts, and we are deeply saddened by the loss.
When Scott became a TRS family member he told us the one goal he'd like to accomplish during his lifetime was "To help his kids have a better life than he did growing up and give them the support they need to help them make their dreams a reality." This goal echoed his generous spirit. He wished for nothing more than to provide his children, Owen and Aubrey, with more than he had in his life. He wanted to offer them the support and opportunities to achieve whatever they wanted to accomplish. Those who knew Scott understood the depth of his love for his family and his unwavering commitment to their future.
In his memory, and to honor his legacy, we have set up a private TRS GoFundMe account dedicated to supporting Owen and Aubrey's college education. This initiative reflects Scott's dream and allows us to contribute to something he held dear. We invite all TRS team members to join us in this meaningful endeavor.
Your contributions to the TRS GoFundMe account will directly support Owen and Aubrey's college education. Every donation, regardless of its size, makes a significant impact on their future.
Scott’s dream was to give Owen and Aubrey the tools they need to achieve their Something Bigger. By supporting their education, we can help fulfill this dream and ensure that Scott's legacy lives on through the accomplishments of his beloved children.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who chooses to contribute. Your kindness and support during this difficult time are deeply appreciated. Together, let's make Scott's dream a reality and provide Owen and Aubrey with the opportunities they deserve.
