Scott Ryback's Funeral and Memorial

I'm Scott's sister-in-law Patti Ryback, and I'm seeking funds for his son Danny to cover end-of-life expenses. Scott, age 59, died on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at St. Lukes Aurora Hospital in Milwaukee. The St. Lukes ICU staff took terrific care of Scott and tried their best to save Scott's life. Unfortunately, the illness was too advanced, and he died peacefully surrounded by loved ones at 6:30 am.

 

I remember Scott as a loving man with a great sense of humor. He was a hard worker and loved his family and friends. When my father was in hospice, Scott took the time to cook for our family and support us through this difficult time. Scott was competitive, and it showed when he played games such as cribbage and sheepshead. He loved to cook and even made customized meals for customers at a local diner he worked at. Scott was handy with his hands and liked helping family and friends with maintenance around the house.

 

Scott grew up in South Milwaukee, WI and graduated from South Milwaukee High School in 1980. He worked at various jobs in the Milwaukee area over the years.

 

A service for Scott will be held at 1:30 pm on Saturday April 2, 2022, at Forest Hill Memorial Park, 3301 E. Forest Hill Avenue, Oak Creek, WI.   Followed by 'A Celebration of Life' gathering around 4:00 pm at Pat's Oak Manor, 1804 15th Avenue, South Milwaukee, WI.
