If you knew my father, you loved him. He was a truly remarkable soul—a loving, goofy, and sweet gentle giant whose presence touched the hearts of everyone he met.

Writing this and planning such an event is an incredibly difficult task, but my family—myself, his sister Jamee, and Breanna—would like to come together and plan a celebration of life in honor of my dad, to coincide with his birthday.

While no amount of financial support can ever bring him back, we take comfort in knowing that he would have wanted us to gather, share a meal, enjoy music, and indulge in a few special touches that would reflect who he was to each of us. This day will be a celebration of his life, the joy he brought to us all, and the memories we will forever cherish.

He was not only my father but also my best friend—my go-to person for everything. He was the most extraordinary Dad, brother, uncle, son, friend, boyfriend and Papa.

We know that his absence is deeply felt, and we want to create a space where we can come together to reminisce, share stories, laugh, shed some tears, and celebrate the beautiful moments we all had with him.
