On March 26 2021, Scott was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. After suffering from complications, he was admitted to Fairview hospital on Wednesday May 5th. His doctors developed a plan to tackle the complications but due to his weakened state, it didn't work as we hoped it would. Scott passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 13, 2021.
Scott's treatment and the sudden onset of his disease has taken a huge emotional and financial toll on his family. We want to give our beloved Scott the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Scott's medical & funeral expenses. We have set a goal of $25,000 in order to help with some of these expenses. We greatly appreciate your contributions to ease the overwhelming pain and financial shock this has placed on Scott's wife, Denise.
Scott was a good husband to his wife of 27 years, an amazing father to his "Tweety" Olivia. He was a close brother to Chris (Mary), Cherise, a great brother-in-law to Dawn, and Kevin (Shannon), a beloved uncle and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his family, live music, the Minnesota State Fair, camping, and was always up for a good time. He will be missed tremendously.
