Scott Miller PA Legal Fund, Expenses

Hi, I'm Shelly Miller, Scott's wife. I am asking for continued support in the defense of Scott's medical license along with support for the medical practice, and his continued efforts, although currently being done in an academic capacity since the emergency suspension of his medical license. Many in our community and now across the country and overseas have read about the Washington State Medical boards decision, which was made based on random complaints by local community members, hospitals, and pharmacists.

The only factual allegation is that he has treated at least one person for covid-19, previously turned away and refused help by his primary care provider.

I have witnessed firsthand Scott's daily, relentless dedication to studying and learning about covid, his frustration and at times anger with what he was observing not only in our community, but the neglect and lack of care of tens of millions of innocent, often desperate Americans.

He began publicly speaking out as he saw the entirety of our local medical community silent, sharing the information and knowledge he had learned as well as the successes patients were having with the protocols he had implemented.

As he began to speak out more, advocating for accountability for mandates on our children, failed protocols in our hospitals, and restrictions on our freedom based on testing no longer supported, even by the head of the NIAID, He began to receive increased personal attacks and random complaints leading to investigations by the medical commission. Many close to him asked him to stop, to stop openly advocating, to stop treating those who reached out to him, to be quiet and comply. I admit that at one point I was one of those that begged him to stop. I was afraid of what was going to happen to my husband, to our family, our livelihood, our business, and to the many families he cares for in our community.

He just kept saying, "Shelly, I can't, If I don't care for these people who will." I admitted to him that I didn't know anyone else. It was a very short time later It's several friends of mine lost their fathers, tragically and unnecessarily that it truly hit home for me, that my husband, a man who repeatedly said to me, "Love, this is not a me thing, this is a God thing, all I did was choose to obey", and he did, and he has. Hundreds of nights his phone would ring, and he would tell how sorry he was but that he had to take the call. I would look at him and just say, "good night, I love you, save the world but don't stay up all night." So many times, now, in thousands of people's lives, almost everyone on them a stranger, he was the only, and many times, the last lifeline to preserve life.

I could write a book about the things I've personally seen, the hundreds of stories he has shared with me, the heartbreak I have seen in his eyes that I know his heart bears.

I just want for people that don't know Scott, apart from the lies and vitriol written, who don't know the man he is, his character, and the dedication and love that he has and gives to those in need every day, to hear a wife's perspective on who Scott Miller, my husband really is.
