Scott’s Medical Expenses

Hi everyone, my name is Alyssa I am Scott’s step daughter. Scott was in a serious motorcycle accident early Wednesday morning. Upon arrival to the hospital he had no blood pressure and coded where they had to perform CPR. They successfully brought him back to life and immediately sent him into surgery where they had to amputate one of his legs due to a large amount of it being non viable. In his left arm his brachial and subclavian arteries were severed and he was bleeding out. They were able to stop the bleeding, repair the arteries and give him 30 pints of blood. While they were able to establish blood flood in his arm, they are still unsure whether they can save his left arm due to significant nerve damage. He then had a CT scan where they found that he had intra cranial bruising and was internally bleeding. They sent him in for another surgery where they made an incision on his side to do an exploratory surgery to find out where the bleeding was coming from. His clavicle and breast bone were dislocated and believe the bleeding coming from there. He also has a collapsed lung and pooling of blood was around them. He is currently heavily sedated and on a ventilator. He had another surgery thursday to continue working on his amputation, check on the internal bleeding and clean up more of his left arm. He’s had 3 surgery’s the last 2 days and will have at least another 2 within the next week. He is going be in the hospital for quite some time and his wife is not working so she can be with him. I know times are tough so if you can’t donate he could use all the prayers he can get. At this time, we are asking for no visitors due to him being in very critical condition.
