Scott Malta needs a portable oxygen machine

Scott Malta has a valve in one lung that is paralyized.  He needs to be on a oxygen machine.  We have seen him haul around which looks like it should belong on a scuba diver.  So his insurance will not pay for a better portable unit.  So, lets suprise him with this state of the art unit.  
 This unit is called an Inogen G4 w/oxygen flow 1 to 3, portable oxygen concentrator and Inogen GS-100 w/travel case.
