Scott & Leah Corneliussen Family Fund

Leah was driving her 2.5-year-old son Paysen to daycare on December 5th, 2022 and was hit by another vehicle. Son Paysen only had minor bruising and was discharged late afternoon and was able to be with his Dad, Scott, Leah's husband. Leah was 29 weeks pregnant with their 2nd baby boy; she suffered a broken ankle in multiple spots, lots of swelling, bruising, and cuts around her body. The doctors decided the baby had to come out, so they did an emergency C-Section. Their new baby boy was rushed to St.Cloud NICU by ambulance, where they will be keeping him and monitoring him until closer to February (the actual due date of the baby). Leah will be in surgery on the afternoon of December 6th for her ankle and will continue to stay in the hospital for recovery for multiple days. She will not be able to walk, work, or drive when she is released.

Scott & Leah are both self-employed and own a nutrition club in their town in Alexandria, MN. They will need to close the club until further notice to take care of Leah's surgeries, visits to the baby boy in St.Cloud, and recovery from both the car accident and an emergency C-section.

Any funds raised will go directly to Scott & Leah so they can pay their medical bills, keep food on the table, and pay for all living expenses.
