Our friend, Scott Hemann was diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia last December. He has had two back surgeries in the past 12 months, and his wife Renee had spinal surgery as well. He is currently undergoing another round of chemotherapy, now that his white blood cell count has improved enough for him to continue the treatment.

Scott and Renee have worked together as self-employed contractors for 25 years. But their medical expenses have been overwhelming, as they have not been able to take contracts as much due to multiple surgeries and ongoing treatment.

Scott and Renee have also recently adopted the beautiful little girl pictured with Scott.

Scott is an accomplished craftsman and has transformed many houses and buildings throughout the Pee Dee area. He has become a close friend to many people within our community. We here at Salty’s want to help Scott, so that’s why we set up this Go Fund Me.
