Dear friends of Scott Evans,  
This fundraiser has been set up to help off-set the costs of medical expenses for our dear friend Scott.
The goal, is to raise $2500.00 so that Scott can receive critical 68-gamma PSMA testing, in a timely manner.  As of today, he has not been made aware of this fundraiser - knowing him, I will probably be in big trouble for posting this campaign.
