UPDATE: On December 3rd, Scott went to be with our forever loving God. We all know he was welcomed with open arms into a kingdom of no pain and suffering. He fought a courageous battle, and will be loved and cherished by so many. Please pray for his Mom, Dad, sister, and extended family during this difficult time. Much appreciation if you wish to continue to donate towards further arrangements and support.
Two years ago, Scott was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer at age 29. Since then, he has undergone 4 surgeries, 2 rounds of chemo and radiation, and countless other treatments. Unfortunately, despite rigorous treatment, the cancer has continued to spread in his brain and he is declining rapidly.
Scott had worked for Cleveland Clinic Martin Health for over 7 years and even continued to work through treatment. Scott worked different positions in the hospital but eventually found his home in Imaging and had plans to attend a radiography program at the time of his diagnosis. Scott has been unable to return to work since April due to his declining health which has exhausted his leave time and left him without income and a gap in insurance coverage.
Scott has been the most optimistic, uplifting person throughout all of his journey battling cancer. His positive soul is truly remarkable and is admired by so many.
Any contributions towards his medical expenses and comfort would be greatly appreciated. Please continue to pray for Scott, his mother Cathy, his father Scott, and his sister Meghan.
