Our hearts break for Cassandra and Scott. What should have been one of the happiest days of their life, ended with baby Adelia passing away, just hours after her birth. Adelia had a severe case of Meconium Aspiration Syndrome. Cassandra had to have an emergency C-Section. She is recovering physically, but will need your prayers and comfort as she faces the loss of her sweet baby girl.
