Scott "Bizkit" Wozniak Family & Memorial Fund

On Monday September 25th, tragedy struck and the world lost our brother Bizkit to heart failure as he was resting waiting for his wife Charlotte to come home so they could go celebrate her birthday together as a family.

Scott's unexpected and tragic passing has left behind his wife Charlotte and son Coltrane without a husband and father. I have setup this fund so that everyone can come together and extend them support through this difficult and painful time.

Bizkit's untimely passing has unexpectedly left their family without Scott's income and with a mortgage and bills to pay that Charlotte does not make enough to cover on her own.

The family needs to be able to grieve Bizkit's loss without fear that they will lose everything in the next few months because they can't pay their bills and mortgage.

Any money raised from this fund will be used to help Bizkit's family get by for the next few months while things stabilize, as well as to pay for Scott's Memorial in Mid-November in Southern Oregon (exact date and info coming soon to allow everyone to make arrangements in plenty of time).

The plan is to book an outdoor venue with a building and a stage and lodging on site so that we have the entire day and overnight together. We have a couple of places already in mind where we can have a big bonfire, with music, poetry, family, friends, food, etc. It will be a celebration of all things Bizkit to honor his memory as well as a coming together of our tribe so everyone is welcome.

I have extreme faith that our amazing family will come together to help in this time of need. I love you all and thank you for any help for Bizkit's family.

"I want to take a second to say how much we appreciate the outpouring of love and support for our family that you have all shown. Scott was such an incredible person, and although our hearts are broken, we are finding solace in your words of admiration and the constant reminders of what a beautiful life he lived and how he, and often his art or strength, affected us all.

His memorial will be held November 4th, at Yale Creek Ranch, Jacksonville, Oregon from 4-10ish and we sincerely hope you will all join us in celebrating the rich tapestry of life sewn by my husband, Coltrane’s father, your family and friend, Bizkit- Scott Wozniak."
