It's been a long road since Scotty's May 2017 cancer diagnosis. He put up an incredible fight these three and a half years, finding strength to  continue giving such big love to his family and friends, crack jokes, and of course flirt with the pretty nurses along the way. He sure knew how to use that mischievous smile to his advantage! And devoted wife Francine was by his side through the thick of it all to drive to countless appointments, advocate for the best care possible, and of course to give that sass when needed!

On the morning of November 14, 2020, Scotty was finally relieved of his pain and has gone on to watch over us. We will miss him greatly - husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend.

Unfortunately, the bills have run high from the innumerable treatments,  medications, medical supplies, travel expenses, and most recent hospice care all totaling to approximately $18,000.  Now to add in funeral expenses of approximately $3,500, and it's a bit overwhelming to say the least. I'm writing this on behalf of Francine, a co-worker turned super friend. All funds will go to her to start cutting away at the debt. Especially during this time when we can't physically give her a big hug, let's help lighten her load by giving what we can.
