It is with a heavy heart that I reach out to each of you for contributions to the Scott Bartel Family Memorial Fund.
On November 3rd 2020, Scott and Sybil Bartel were stunned by the sudden and unexpected passing of thier only child, 15 year old Oliver Shane Bartel.
Oliver was an extraordinarily bright young man whose just life journey was just beginning when his life was inexplicably cut short.
Oliver was a gifted member of his HS Philharmonic music program as a cellist, an avid and talented gamer and a true lover of classical music.
The overwhelming and heartbreaking loss is more than any parent should have to bear and the mounting costs associated with putting Oliver to rest has only added to the stress and strain on the both of them.
I know this loss is felt by all those who've been touched by Oliver, Scott and Sybil. If you would like to help the family, please consider donating to help offset funeral and burial costs for Oliver and to help Scott and Sybil establish a memorial fund for the music program at Vero Beach High School in Oliver's name.
