Catlin Care: Med Expense Relief for Lisa & Scott

UPDATE: (copied from Lisa's Facebook post) Scott and I shared an unexplainable connectionthat was the best part of each of our lives. We understood, opened fully to, cared for and challenged one another. We were the heroes in eachother's lives. No one can make me laugh harder or put things into perspectivelike him.

And now he is gone.

Scott passed away 9/20/22 at 2:12 am surronded by loved ones after a year long battle with cancer. To say he fought hard is an understatement. He would do anything for me and our family, so it was his body and not his soul that couldn't keep up the fight. And he will live on in us who he loved so well.

Hello to the class of '85 and to all our SMA sisters out there, who graduated before and after us as well. One of our sisters is in need. Lisa (Pinz) Catlin currently supports her husband Scott in his battle with head and neck cancer. This particular type of cancer struck fast and hard. For the last 2 months, Scott has undergone daily intensive radiation and chemotherapy treatment. Thankfully cancer has responded well to the treatment! However, the treatment he received has caused a great and unexpected financial burden for their family. To help with their expenses, we have created a Go Fund Me page to offer them some financial assistance and to let them know we stand with them in prayer and SMA support.
