Scotland - European Transplant Football Championship
We are grateful for the recently media publicity. This has helped us to recruit new players, but we need to fund their registrations for Scotland to compete at the European Transplant Football Championship in April, can you please help us with this?
Our team is a fantastic group of mixed-gender players from all over Scotland, each of whom has received a life-sustaining solid organ transplant. As a team, we deeply appreciate the second chance at life that organ donation has given us, and we are dedicated to promoting the importance of more people discussing their wish to donate with their family and friends. This can help ensure that families are aware of their loved one's wishes and do not refuse to give consent due to a lack of knowledge.
Our team not only celebrates the gift of life through organ donation but also promotes active recovery for transplant recipients. By participating in team sports like football, we strive to improve our fitness and mental health.
We are excited to announce that, for the first time, Scotland will be represented at the European Transplant Football Championship in Oxford in 2025.
We will be competing against teams from Belgium, England, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Spain, and Wales.
In order to compete at the European Transplant Football Championship in Oxford 2025, we need to raise a target of £2000. Your support and generosity would mean the world to me and would help make our dream a reality.
Thank you so much for your time, support, and generosity.
Together, we can make a difference and continue to raise awareness about the importance of organ donation.
