My name is Karyl Jipson. I have a very dear friend that needs your help. If you can donate please do. If you can't could you please share this? His name is Scot McAlpine. He lives in Springfield. He has undergone emergency tracheotomy surgery. He has since been diagnosed with throat cancer. Today he is undergoing major surgery to hopefully get rid of the cancer. We are in hopes that someday will get his voice back. He can no longer work and really needs help. He is a very kind person and will do anything for anyone. It's his turn!!!!!
