Hi Amazing Soccer Unity Project Community!

As you may have heard, the Governor's office is working to balance the budget amid revenue shortfalls, and we have been impacted. This is part of the notice that we recently received from the Executive Office of Economic Development regarding our earmark for 2024.

"Massachusetts has seen a slowdown in revenue growth requiring adjustments to the spending signed by Gov. Healey in August as part of the FY24 GAA. As a result, almost all earmarks under MOTT will be reduced to 50% of their original amount."

What does this mean for Soccer Unity Project and our free youth programs including South End Soccer and Boston Alliance?

Well, we just lost $40,000 in one day. This is a huge impact for us, as the first quarter of the year is not only a traditionally slower fundraising time, but we are also launching some really exciting programming this winter and spring!

So, now we are putting out a rally call to our supporters to help us fill this gap by giving a gift today! We appreciate any level of donation, as together we believe we can make sure to overcome this obstacle!
