Scooter's ACL Surgery

5-year-old Scooter Stapf is a very active dog. He loves going to work with  his dad in the truck, going on hikes and runs, and standing on two legs! A combination of these things led to his ACL getting torn and aggressive arthritis in his hips. He is currently declining and is having trouble walking. Scooter is more than just a dog, he is truly a member of our family. 
Scooter needs a surgery to reset his back left knee and repair the tear in his ligament, which is set to cost aroud $5,000. Due to other family matters, this amount of money is impossible for our family to come up with ourselves. Each day he is in more and more pain, and if this surgery cannot happen in the near future we will have to put down our best friend.
