Glenda happens to have cerebral palsy, which limits her ability to walk. She uses a scooter.

And now her trusty red scooter is fried.

Glenda needs to replace it as soon as possible to be able to be mobile again. Without a scooter, she cannot get out of her home to do the things most of us take for granted--going to the store, going to work...
