Mutation: States: Observation, my new Butoh Performance Art Work has been accepted by the International Network for Performance Art (INFP) to be performed at Performatica, the nexus year of a performance art more than a festival running simultaneously to the Venice Biennial JULY 24-27, 2024.
The INFP program offers unprecedented exposure to emerging and established performance artists on an international scale but does not subsidize artist's costs related to artistic materials, travel, and accommodations during the performance period of July 24-27.
The Biennial theme is "Foreign Bodies All Over." Corpi Estranei Dappertutto. Mutation will be presented alongside group improvisational performances living/breathing in the heart of Venice.
- I am seeking last minute financial collaborators to donate towards performance and travel expenses.
I have received some subsidy from Cristin Tierney Gallery here in NYC but my efforts to obtain further grants has been denied and I am seeking an additional $1500 to assist with covering the cost to display this work internationally. It is just around the corner.

Tier 1: Donor Henny : Up to $100
Receive a mention as a long term Patron on an Instagram and Facebook post as well as program mentions in further performance programs moving forward.
- Video and Photos of the Performance will be online in August.
Tier 2: Gondolier $100 to $249
Receive a Mutation rubberband keychain hand crafted by myself in my DNA finger linking technique that I use to make performance costumes.
Tier 3: Benvenuti a Venezia $250
Receive an 8 x 10 or 9 x13 Mutation Photograph of the Venice Performance and a Mutation Keychain.
Tier 4: Avant Garde $500
Receive an 8 x 10 or 9 x 13 Mutation Performance photograph from Venice to hang in your home or studio.
- In addition you and I would attend together a Butoh class in NYC
Tier 5: Fashion Forward $1000
Receive a custom made rubberband shirt or other avant garde creation for the truly fashion forward patron. I would design this piece collaboratively with you in the style of costume pieces I create for my performances.

Tier 6: Truly Fabulous Darling: $2000 plus.
Receive a custom made rubberband costume to be worn out with me on Halloween 2024 or other ON TOP event by famed Suzanne Bartsch Club promoter. This would be accompanied by a photo shoot with a NYC photographer prior to our going out. All expenses paid for a real nightlife experience and being the most truly fabulous person at the party.
(**Funds obtained over the $1500 goal would be used to subsidize my performance in Amsterdam coming up Oct 4-5, 2024 at the Amsterdam Butoh Festival)
