With the capital set to welcome over 1 million new residents in the next decade, the demand for high-caliber fitness experiences is outpacing supply.

Unlike London, New York, or Paris, where Pilates has evolved into diverse and dynamic workout experiences, Madrid remains largely closed off to the world of barre and has yet to tap into the full potential of Pilates-inspired workouts that push you to sweat, reconnection and most importantly, have fun.

Enter COSMIC, a High Intensity & Low Impact studio bringing the world-class fitness experience of global capitals to Madrid. I'm here to elevate the active lifestyle of this dynamic and fast-evolving city.

My story

As fitness enthusiasts in Madrid, I noticed a gap in the market. Many local studios focus on trendy workouts or offer lower-quality experiences, with limited class options and inconsistent teaching.

On top of that, overly feminine branding can feel exclusive rather than inviting.

This inspired me to create COSMIC, a brand built on consistency, inclusivity, and science-backed training. Cosmic is more than just a workout - it’s an experience beyond the mat, where energy drives everything, and each session is about connecting, challenging yourself, and feeling something real.

At COSMIC, we aim to set a new standard for quality and results through High Impact Low Intensity (HILI) Pilates, Barre, and Strength fusion classes.

At COSMIC, we’re dedicated to delivering a consistent, science-backed method accessible to all. In a welcoming, non-gendered space, we bring everyone together with playlists blending disco, techno, and retro vibes. Cosmic is a travel, an experience.

Our diverse class lineup combines cardio, strength, and flexibility training, creating a complete fitness routine for our clients.

Who am I?

I’m Alix. After working with global brands like IBM, Red Bull, Coca-Cola, Club Med, and Amazon, where I honed my skills in digital marketing, sales, and business development with a strong focus on customer experience, I decided to take a leap. At 30, I left Amazon to pursue my passion for collective fitness classes — something that has been part of my daily life 6-7 days a week.

I started this journey with my Instagram account @cosmiclemon, a space where I share my entrepreneurial adventure, the highs, the challenges, and everything in between. My vision? Experience first.

For me, COSMIC isn’t just a studio - it’s a vibe, a feeling, an energy you can’t quite put into words but have to experience for yourself. I’m here to bring that universe to life in Madrid, and I can’t wait to share the COSMIC world with you.
