Hi, I’m Carissa, and I’m building something special for dogs—and the people who love them.

The idea for The Canine Creamery started with a treat-loving pup named Kingston. One day, I came across an Instagram post about a dog ice cream bar, and it instantly lit something up in me. I went from casually curious to fully obsessed—researching recipes, sourcing equipment, and sketching out a dream. That dream turned into a full-blown business plan: a mobile, small-batch dog ice cream bar built around joy, community, and of course, treats.

The Canine Creamery is a pop-up ice cream bar made just for dogs—offering pup-approved small-batch ice cream and freshly baked pupcakes, where dogs can be spoiled like they deserve. We’ll be popping up at dog-friendly events, parks, and markets around the metro-Atlanta area, creating moments that bring people and pets closer together.

And now it’s becoming a reality with your help!

Getting this off the ground means investing in:

• commercial ice cream equipment

• cold storage

• testing and licensing

• ingredients

• packaging

• a mobile serving setup

Startup costs are around $60,000, and while Chris and I are contributing what we can, I’m humbly asking for support to raise $10,000 to fund the core pieces we need to launch.

This isn’t just a business—it’s something I’ve poured my heart into. Every detail has been shaped by love for dogs, my creative background, and a belief that we could all use a little more joy in our lives.

And to pay that joy forward, I’ll be donating all tips from every scoop to rotating local dog rescues.
