The purpose of the GoFundMe campaign is to raise money for Jim's final expenses.
Jim's story:
Jim was diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease better known a COPD in 2007. It has been a long battle for him as well as his family. There isn't a cure for COPD so throughout the years we've watched Jim battle this disease. Two years ago Jim's health began declining, which brings us to where we are now. A couple weeks ago his doctor's informed us that his COPD had progressed to it's final stage and placed him in hospice care.
Unfortunately, this is very hard for us and we need help covering medical expenses, travel expense (most of his immediate family live over 800 miles away), as well as final cost. Any dollar amount donated will be greatly appreciated by his family.
