めぐみ基金 ♡ Megumi's Fight Against Bone Cancer

Thank you for a lots of help to Megumi,

It is with great sadness that we share that Megumi Doi passed away yesterday, February 13, 2025. She put up a brave fight during the last year. At least she is no longer suffering. Please pray for her Daughter Hanna, mother Takako, and brother Yoshi and his family. She will be missed by many. Rest in Peace Megumi

 We are asking for donations to support Megumi in her journey to fight this cancer!

Megumi is the Executive Chef at Cafe 242 in Laguna Beach, alongside supporting and raising her High School Age Daughter as a Single Mom.

She went back to Japan at the end of April 2024 for treatment and have been told that the cancer has spread to her pelvis, spine and her ribs. She is currently fighting and receiving treatment in Japan.

 We would all love for Megumi to return back to the states to be with her daughter and resume a normal life.

All proceeds and your donations will go towards her medical bills, living expenses and supporting her daughter’s education. Anything and everything helps!

 悪性腫瘍と闘うめぐみさんのための募金を募っています。

 めぐみさんはLaguna BeachのCafé 242でExecutive Chefを勤めながら、高校生の娘のシングルマザーで頑張ってました。

 4月末に急遽日本へ帰国したところ、 腫瘍は骨盤、背骨、肋骨にも転移していることがわかりました。現在日本で闘病しております。

一日でも早く、めぐみさんが家族と健やかに過ごすために皆様の協力が必要です。

 皆様から頂いた募金は、めぐみさんの病の治療費、娘さんがめぐみさんと過ごすための渡航費と今後の学費に使われる予定です。
