**ENGLISH BELOW**

Im Libanon herrscht Krieg, Armut und eine immer schlechter werdende Wirtschaft macht es den Familien schwer, das nötigste zu erwirtschaften. Auf meiner Rückreise treffe ich Mohamed, er ist Taxifahrer, alleinerziehender Vater zweier Mädchen und erzählt mir, dass die Menschen im Libanon kaum noch Hoffnung haben. Es fehlen etwa 250$ für die Anmeldung der Töchter für das laufende Schuljahr, Schulbücher und ranzen sowie Schuhe kommen noch hinzu.

Seine Mädchen werden das Schuljahr verpassen, er weiß nicht weiter.

als Studentin bin ich zwar nicht mit viel Geld gesegnet, aber immerhin mit der Möglichkeit anderen zu helfen, sei es mit diesem Spendenkonto oder anderen Aufrufen aus Social Media.

wenn mehr Geld zusammen kommt; als für die Anmeldung nötig, würde ich Schuhe, Schultanzen und Bücher kaufen.

zudem geht es vielen anderen Familien im Libanon ähnlich.

vielleicht kann man mit einigen wenigen Euros das Leben der Kinder dort erleichtern.

Bildung ist alles. Der Schlüssel zu einem besseren Leben, einem würdigeren Leben.

diese Mädchen brauchen die Schule, dafür brauchen sie unsere Hilfe. Ich wäre euch sehr dankbar, auch wenn es nur ein € ist.

Ich habe alle Unterlagen, Geburtsurkunden der Mädchen um sicherzustellen, dass es seine Kinder sind, Kontakte zu der Schule um zu wissen, dass das Geld direkt bei der Schule im Namen der Mädchen ankommt und nicht zweckentfremdet wird.

die Schule wird mir morgen noch ein gesondertes Papier zukommen lassen, welches ich hochladen werde, damit alle Spender Transparenz erfahren.

In Lebanon, there is war, poverty, and an ever-worsening economy, making it difficult for families to earn even the bare necessities. On my way back, I met Mohamed. He is a taxi driver, a single father of two girls, and he told me that people in Lebanon hardly have any hope left. Around $250 is missing for the enrollment of his daughters for the current school year, and on top of that, schoolbooks, backpacks, and shoes are still needed.

His girls will miss the school year; he doesn’t know what else to do.

As a student, I may not be blessed with much money, but at least I have the possibility to help others—whether through this donation account or through other appeals on social media.

If more money is collected than is needed for the enrollment, I would buy shoes, backpacks, and books.

Moreover, many other families in Lebanon are in the same situation.

Maybe with just a few euros, we can make life easier for the children there.

Education is everything—the key to a better life, a more dignified life.

These girls need school, and for that they need our help. I would be very grateful to you, even if it’s only €1.

I have all the documents, the girls’ birth certificates to make sure they are his children, and contacts at the school to ensure that the money goes directly to the school in the girls’ name and is not misused.

I hope we can help these little angels.
