Schrimpf Family - Motor Neuron Disease (ALS)

Hi, I am a single father and I’m fundraising for my family. I have recently been diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease (ALS), and I need financial assistance to help cover bills and medical costs as I am no longer able to work because of this disease. 

I have always worked hard to provide for my family and I am devastated that I am no longer able to. The medical costs are crushing and I do not wish to put that burden on anyone alone.
